As Assistant Director (Research), Tejusvi Shukla facilitates research initiatives at Bharat ki Soch, while individually focusing on national security and governance through the lens of Kauṭilya’s Arthaśāstra. A doctoral candidate at O.P. Jindal Global University, her Ph.D. examines China’s Cognitive Warfare from a Kauṭilyan lens.
Her career includes roles at the Centre for Contemporary China Studies Division of the Ministry of External Affairs, Chankya University’s Centre for IKS under the Ministry of Education’s IKS Division, and the Indian Army’s Centre for Land Warfare Studies. She has co-authored the book Kauṭilya's Arthaśāstra: Timeless Strategies for Modern Governance (2024) with her guru, Dr. Vinayak Rajat Bhat.
